What It Means to Be Healthy II: New Years Waaaay Late

Wow it looks like I'll be starting another series this year, which will be awesome because that means I'll *hopefully* be posting at least twice a month: once on race issues (Black Girl, Light World) and once on my physical, mental, and spiritual health journey (What It Means to Be Healthy), yay!

So even though it's rather late to be talking about New Year's Resolutions, a friend and I started the 1*1*1 challenge to drink one gallon of water, walk one mile, and make one smoothie a day. I haven't yet had a day that I've been able to do all three but I'm still seeing the benefits of pursuing those goals.
On top of that I'm tackling my messy disorganized room as I get ready to move on to grad school and move out for the 1st time:
